ALDG to Host Inaugural 2025 Business Forum to Advance Nigeria’s Gas Distribution Sector

Abuja, Nigeria – May 25, 2025 — The Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG) has announced the maiden edition of its 2025 Business Forum, a high-level gathering of stakeholders aimed at reshaping the future of Nigeria’s gas distribution industry. The forum is scheduled to take place on June 3, 2025, at the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Building in Abuja.

Theme and Focus

Themed “Strengthening Nigeria’s Gas Distribution Value Chain: Challenges, Innovations, and the Path Forward,” the forum will explore critical issues facing the gas distribution sector, including infrastructure, regulation, innovation, and investment opportunities.

Speaking ahead of the event, Kehinde Alabi, Chairman of ALDG and Managing Director of Gas Distribution at Axxela, described the forum as a landmark moment for the industry:

“This event offers a unique platform to foster strategic dialogue, promote regulatory alignment, and attract long-term investments across the gas value chain,” Alabi said.
