Abuja is set to become the epicenter of Nigeria’s real estate sector as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) prepares to host its 55th Annual National Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the prestigious Abuja Continental Hotel from May 5th to May 10th, 2025.
In a significant announcement highlighting the importance of the real estate sector to the nation’s economy, NIESV has confirmed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will grace the event as the special guest of honour. This high-profile presence underscores the government’s recognition of the crucial role of estate surveyors and valuers in shaping Nigeria’s economic landscape.
Adding further weight to the conference, the institution also announced that the President of the 10th Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, will attend as a guest of honour.
